Thank you for visiting my website. I am Lisa and I am the founder of Dream Big – Career Support. I provide tailored mentoring and career coaching services to ambitious Personal and Executive Assistants and other admin professionals to help them achieve their career goals.

I am passionate about empowering PAs and EAs to reach their potential and believe that you should have the opportunity of a career you enjoy, that fits your personal circumstances and allows you to have a fulfilled working life. What success looks like for you will be different to others and whether that is being happy in your job, working in your dream company or looking to climb the career ladder I can be a coach, mentor and cheerleader to help you achieve your dreams!

I have worked in a range of senior administrative roles over 20 years and have been a PA, EA, Senior Business Manager and a Head of Office, supporting CEOs and Managing Directors. I understand what it takes to be successful in those roles and I now get to help others to grow, develop and push boundaries to achieve their career goals.

In 2023 I completed my formal coaching qualification so use this along with my experience to help other PAs and EAs in their careers. I am also proud to be a member of and accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and abide by the Global Code of Ethics.

I can work with you to:

• identify development or career opportunities that meet your aspirations
• understand any obstacles that may be stopping you achieving what you want to and help you to overcome these
• provide practical advice and tips on your job search, review your CV, support a job application process and prepare you for interviews
• improve your mindset and increase your confidence
• provide accountability and someone that believes in you and your abilities, even when you may not

The above is tailored to your specific needs, combining mentoring and career coaching, which means a strategy that is as individual as you are. The process is collaborative, empowering and results-driven, with the ultimate aim of you having all the tools you need to apply for the role that you want now and in the future.

I offer a range of services from one off hourly sessions (Empower Hour) to a full coaching and mentoring support programme (details can be found on the Services page) where you can choose exactly the level of support that is right for you.

I am based in Essex and work remotely from my home office, allowing me to successfully support you using video and messaging technology.
